Refund for e-ticket

嗨,我在網上買票。
我收到了電子郵件,但我 沒有點擊 確認電子郵件中的下載鏈接(主題是“這是你收集門票的方式”)。
我該如何取消機票?

If you haven't opened the ticket yet, we might be able to block the ticket and give you a refund. I would recommend for you to contact our Customer Service for that, preferably via Facebook or Twitter. My colleagues there can assist you further.

Hi, I buy the ticket on the web.
And I got the e-mail, but I didn't click the download link in the confirmation e-mail (with subject 'Zo haalt u uw kaartjes op') .
How can I cancel the ticket?
