I bought the ticket on line and already paid it out. But I choose the wrong day. Can I return the ticket and get the refund? And how?

An online purchased e-ticket can ONLY be cancelled if you didn't click the download link in the confirmation e-mail (with subject 'Zo haalt u uw kaartjes op') or already loaded it in the NS app. Contact NS customer service.

Hi NS team,

 

My chip card was automatically renewed and I requested to cancel it and get the refund (eur 56,00) back. This was done last September 2020 and I wasn't refunded yet. Kindly contact me for more details on the case.

You do need to contact Customer service. Did you activate your cancellation at a ticket machine within a month?
