Hello. I accidentally bought a ticket for the 25th of December when I meant to buy it for the 26th. Is it possible to change that? Thank you

Bekijk origineelEtickets cannot be changed nor cancelled because of the fraud risk. That's clearly stated in the terms and conditions.
Only in case you have not yet downloaded the ticket on your phone you can call Customer Service and if you're lucky they might refund it. However if you have already downloaded the ticket it's useless to call.
