Hello

I was about to buy a ticket for today but I bought a ticket for 11th by mistake..!

Could you please help me to get a refund of it?

In the case you did not download the ticket, contact Customer Service. It can be done 24/7.

When you already downloaded it, it cannot be changed. You can still travel the 11th with this ticket, it cannot be undone and it can’t be notified by NS when you use it. With a new ticket you might have two tickets and pay only for one. NS does not refund because of this.

Niet de réiziger op 1, 2 en 3, maar de betálende reiziger op 1,2 en 3! Wat meer controle en handhaving roept geen agressie op, maar voorkomt het juist. De opgekropte ergernis van de betalende reiziger mag best wat meer meetellen.
