Travelling with NS international ticket - accidental check out with OV Chipkaart - money back?

Hi,

I travelled last Friday to Wijgmaal in Belgium with an online NS international ticket. Unfortunately I have check-out with my OV chipkaart in Roosendaal to buy something during the 20 min waiting time. 10 euros were deducted. How can I claim the money back?

What you have done is not allowed, you should have passed the gates at Roosendaal with your international ticket. You can contact the Customer Service.
