Unexpected payment

When I booked my ticket. There was a problem with electronic transaction, saying there was a problem with the payment, and try again later. No e mail
No evidence of transaction. So a did purchase again, now it's ok. But after a while I saw that both transaction went trough. I need refund of one if the ticket. Please advise.

In your case, contacting our customer service is the best option. They will be able to check all orders and give you a refund for double costs. Can you let us know if it all worked out?
