Luckily I noticed and could catch the international IC 147 of Deutsche Bahn to Hengelo/Rheine at 13:36h but I had to buy an extra ticket because it's not an NS (national) train and another route than to Enschede. Who told you that? If you have an NS ticket to Enschede, then you can use this IC with it, as far as Hengelo. Operator is NS (until the border) and all NS tickets are valid. Bedankt voor het informatie, rvdborgt + Robert B. Just got my refund from NS a few days ago - nice to see it didn’t get lost in the flood of all other traveller’s requests. Hej community,first let me say I just love travelling met de NS treinen - I have about 99,9% good expiriences on my weekend journeys, it’s so different than in Germany where delays about 20 - 60min are often normal.Chatting with customer service has always solved all my questions or problems in the past (waiting time was about 5-10min). At the moment it seems like the chat does not work at all or the queue is so long that even after serveral hours there’s no operator available to care about your inquiry. Tried it several times (login and connection technically OK).So I thought I should give the forum a try and share my story which has some kind of happy-end 😀.On Sunday I wanted to travel from Amsterdam-Zuid to Enschede at about 11:30 am with a previously ordered ticket. Afterwards I wanted to continue from Enschede Münster, Germany. The station got strangely more and more crowded every 5 minutes - from then on I knew: something was wrong and noticed that the train displays at the stat
