I just received the email with this news. So the reason you claim is to stop people travelling during the busy times. Well I hate to break this to you but we don’t have a choice in this, it’s called work and we have to travel during those hours. So me, a loyal customer who has had this card for about 15 years now loses all the benefits  of my card. Per year I will lose more than 300 euros because of this decision, but you will refund me 7 euros. Are you joking? How can this be legal, given that you are a monopoly and that I’m encouraged to take the train rather than a car. This is outrageous and you know it. You also know that noone can suddenly change their work hours or their form of transport.But I have an idea, how about the NS improve their services to deal with the rush hour, longer trains, more frequent, rather than penalize the customers.The ONLY change this will make, is the NS will get more money, nothing else will change. I will still have to deal with delays at least once a
