From Rotterdam Centraal to Amsterdam Zuid

Dear All,

My wife has been commuting at least four weekdays a week from Rotterdam Centraal to Amsterdam Zuid. She has Altijd Vrij. This trip was taking about an hour up to last Monday and she was using Lelystad-Dordrecht Intercity train. Last Monday and today we realized that this train is no longer in use. Now it takes an hour and 20 minutes per trip. This is too much. She needs to use Sprinter trains or another Intercity which goes to Utrecht. Otherwise she needs to buy an intercity direct toeslag and this will cost about five Euros per day. Can anyone tell why this line is no longer working? We made plan for several months and rented a house from Rotterdam relying on her travel duration. This will lower our quality of life a lot.

Kind regards...

The Lelystad-Dordrecht service will resume on the 15th of April. This and other services have been temporarily withdrawn or altered during track renovation work at Leiden.
