Hello guys,
Unfortunately we got into an accident a few hours ago and the ns fiets got damaged in the process. I locked the bike to our other bike because the ns fiets lock was not responding anymore and we had to leave to the hospital. Does anyone know what the next steps should be? We won't be able to ride the bike back to the station either. Thank you!
