Returned OV Fiets but but got an email that it's not returned

Saturday 24 December 2022 I picked up a n OV-Fiets at Zaandam station OV-Fiets location. It was at night around 1:30 - 1:45. 

I returned the bike to Zaandam OV-Fiets point midday between 13:00 and 14:00. The lock wasn't locking the bike and I left the bike in the OV-Fiets area, and also noticed that other bikes at the spot weren't locked. It was a new type of lock which which operates with the OV-Chipkaart not a physical key


Could you please help me sort this out?
