I’d like to ask about the payment that I’ve been requested recently but not recognised.
On my card, requested 20.38 euro on 21 October but I didn’t top up via my bank card. I didn’t buy ticket online this amount either.
so I’d like to know what is this payment for.

If this is an auto-debit (incasso) from NS, there should be an invoice in Mijn NS.
