Hi NS,

 

I went to Utrecht last Saturday (February 17) and I received a charge of 20 euros for returning to Amstel. I checked in with my Revolut account (debit card) and I remembered quite clearly that I both checked in and out. How can I get a refund of this issue? Thank you for your time.
