buying a ticket twice

Good afternoon. I'm a recent chip card user, and since I didn't know how to use it properly, I had a problem. I was buying a ticket for rides on the NS app, and I also scanned the chip card at the same time to enter and exit, as I didn't know I was also buying a ticket with it. I paid twice for some rides, how can I request a refund?
