I got double paid for each month. What's wrong with this? I have compared this payment history with the travel history invoice from the NS website. Please can you help me? It seems that I paid twice a month since December 2022 and it keeps running until now. I have made a list of the amount of money that I should not be charged: 
1. 20 December 2021: 48,91
2. 19 January 2022: 39,34
3. 17 February 2022: 75,13: I have refunded this money
4. 17 March 2022: 58,05
5. 21 April 2022: 65,15
6. 19 May 2022: 68,75
7. 17 June: 71,79  

NS should pay me back for the amount of money that I should not be charged.  

 

It looks like the costs for two different NS Flex cards are being withdrawn from your account. Did you perhaps ever buy NS Flex for someone else using your bank account? Then all the following payments will also be withdrawn from your account.
