I want to change my subscription but it keeps saying I’m not the contract holder,please help me

This also sometimes happens when you are the contract holder, but the systems weren't correctly connected. In that case, follow Thom's final advice.

Do you know who the contractholder is? Your parents maybe? It must have been done for you once. He or she may be able to change. Otherwise contact Customer Service.
