weekend vrij probleem

Hi, on the 27th of MayI had a trainride from vught to breda Prinsenbeek. I checked in at 18:23 however the train was at 18:28. If I'm not mistaken that time is during weekendvrij but I have to pay the balance.

Please check it out for me.

The check-in time is leading. You can check in at 18:25 or later for your season ticket. You checked in in the rush hours. I advice you to get in touch with customer service to see if they can help you with this.
