does the Klantenservice have a list of found items? Maybe my bag which I forgot on the train was found but could not be matched to my description I have given to the Klantenservice?
Ist there any way to see a list of things found within a range of dates?

Hi BMK, welcome to our NS Community. I'm sorry your bag was lost and not found (yet). We have no list available for you. Otherwise people can look at the list, just tell us it's theirs and claim it, while it is not theirs.
