Hello dear . 

I am Muzahidur Rahman I am a regular traveler of ns . I have a ns card which one contain subscription of 119 euro which is unlimited travel in off peak hours. For the last 2 month i am used to with this subscription and used it from traveling to my home den heauge central to vercity Arnhem . But the ns card bank account holder is my brother account. He had another ns card both two are at the same bank account. In the 8th November he changed the subscription for his card but somehow it changed my one also he get a mail of confirmation of subscription. But this mail doesn't contain about which card subscription is actually changed. But after a month when the invoice come i can see that this is too much high and then contact to service center and say that my card subscription is changed. But when we active my card with my brother they haven't give any information about that your brother can change everything of your card. So as usual my brother log in to his ns account and changed the subscription to 40% discount one but unfortunately my one changed and after month the invoice in 498.I am student basically use the budget friendly subscription thats why i have to wake up so early and check in before 6.30 am and you can see my history that I always use to with that type of traveling just from den hauge to Arnhem. So right now this invoice is so high for me to pay and i am student if you please can do something with this one i will be very grateful to you

It is not allowed tot travel with a card of your brother and you are not allowed to use his. But the same bank account is allowed; not wise probably.
