During this month 3 of my checkouts didn't record (Sittard to Maastrikht with Arriva). Now at the end of month I found out it after taking my journey history report. What can I do for refunding?     

No-then, after a very long wait, you will be told: Other company-go there!

There is a special site for this: uitcheckgemist.

And ARV still has an office in the classic Mstr station-go there and ask for instructions-so many in such short time may mean something is wrong.
