I want to cancel my chipkard but i don’t have the expiration code

If you have an NS subscription, contact NS Customer Service for the expiration date of a lost card, fastest is to call +31 30 751 5155

If you don’t have an NS subscription, contact OV-chipkaart via 0900 0980 (mon-fri 7:00-21:30 and sat-sun 10:00-16:00)
