Hello, on the 23rd of Nov, I rented bike from Zuid Amsterdam station. My friend then used the bike to go to Rai Amsterdam and parked the bike outside of the station and not in the return area. Somehow this is recorded by NS that the bike was returned in a different location. On the 24th Nov, I went back to take the bike and return it in Zuid station, and this was recorded as rent and return in a different location. The bike was not even parked in the return location between the 2 days. Why the system recorded it as a return?

Unfortunately, it is not possible for me to look with you at the rental history of your rented OV bike.
I would like to ask you to contact our customer service via phone, chat, Facebook or X.
Locking a bike outside the station will sometimes still be picked up by the Wi-Fi (or Bluetooth) network.
Hope Customer Services realizes that and will correct the two rental periods to one.
