OV fiets

I received an email that the OV fiets I booked on Thursday has not been returned. Upon the return kn Thursday the first fiets hokkie was occupied by another fiets and I had to request a new locker. The fiets was returned and put into an empty locker at Sliedrecht station.  


Kindly please investigate and remove the charges from my account

You do need to contact Customer Service, By telephone is wise, 030 7515155, so you can explain. Your choice is OV-fiets in the menu, they are able to check a lot.
