I have already contacted your customer service, and one of the representatives informed me that they can see everything is in order within the system and there doesn't seem to be any problem with my OV card. However, they mentioned that they are unable to provide further assistance.
I am reaching out to your team in the hopes of resolving this matter. I rely on the OV card for a variety of transportation services, including bike rentals, and it is essential for it to be operational across all modes of transportation.
