NS Flex subscription from Luxemburg

This cannot be done online. You have to call customer service (+31 30 751 51 55) and they are able to do it. Unfortunately, some of the staff don't know they must do it for people with foreign bank accounts and/or addresses and will try to direct you to the website, but we know that doesn't work. In such a case, you'll have to convince them or call again and hope you'll get somebody else. Thank you for the quick answer! Do you recommend phone over the train station? The fact that I have to ‘convince’ or ‘insist’ sounds challenging though.
