Hi, I just want to commend NS and all of the people who work in the Company for delivering such a brilliant service. Very efficient, timely and clean. Yesterday I left my rucksack on a train to Zwolle.that train went on to Rotterdam Centraal. My rucksack was returned to me in Rotterdam where I was able to join the Eurostar to London which I had been due to take from Amsterdam. Thank you so much to everyone involved, on the phone in customer services, to the conductor on the train, and the service centre staff in Rotterdam! You are all brilliant!(I hope this is posted in the right place!)Mark
