NS Flex is officieel van start!

Hi, i got my first NS flex receipt of a higher amount than expected. The subscription i have taken worh NS flex costs me 413 euros but i received a receipt of 458 euros. Pls can you help me with the same?  Also another question is, i wont be traveling with rhe trains for the next 2 weeks cause of coronavirus, can i oause my subscription during this time and resume ot again when i get back to traveling??
