Dit kan gewoon echt niet. Je zet een Totaalprijs inclusief korting neer die fout is en de Korting zelf is fout. Ik vind het wel vreemd want ik heb toevallig onlangs ook weekend vrij genomen en bij mij staat de korting en de prijs na korting wel goed. Ik snap er weer eens helemaal niets van.

Overigens klopt die 25% korting voor Weekend Vrij alleen als je geen extra opties neemt zoals 1e klas of doordeweekse dalkorting. Op de extra’s krijg je geen korting.
De korting op wat je bestelt bij Weekend Vrij (totaalprijs zonder korting dus ) is 2 maanden lang € 8,74 per maand, niet altijd 25%.

Precies dat dus, als het 25% was zou je € 11,84 korting verwachten. Och ja, als de factuur maar klopt… 😴

Nee ben ik niet met je eens: “Als de factuur maar klopt”. NS moet gewoon zorgen voor een juiste communicatie. Door het verzenden van dit soort foute mails, krijg je dus een constante druk op je klantenservice. Ik begreep dat die naar verhouding al ontzettend groot is bij NS.

This is wrong, it should really show € 26,21
Contact NS Customer Service (phone, chat) or better yet, save yourself the time to contact NS and wait for your invoice. 🤣
