Hello.

A couple of years ago I was proposed by NS to switch to NS Flex for free. The abonnement would only imply the debiting after travels. Nothing to pay unless a travel took place. No discounts or special fares (this was before it became possible to travel with the bank card).

Now I have seen that since months I have been first debited 2,50€ a month and lately 5,60€ for a “NS Flex Dal Voordeel” abonnement that I have never requested. Could somebody explain how this occurred?

@Tochjo Sure. I was hoping that somebody could tell me that the passage from the simple “NS Flex” to “NS Flex Dal Voordeel” had happened somehow automatically as per contract, or something like that that I had overlooked. Thanks anyway.
