Hi,

Due to the pandemic, I have not paid much attention to my ov-chip card and my ns abbonement. It turned out that my Dal Voordeel, 2e klas abbonement is now on my ov chip card which has expired more than one year ago. I could not do much via ov-chip card

Could you please let me know what I can do about this? Thank you.

Contact NS customer service directly to see what the best solution is now. I would think that the easiest way out is to have customer service end your current season ticket and apply for a new one on a new card, but they know best.
