I have a problem with my facture in NS app. For my subscription it is now 215,80€ and I can't understand why.

Hi Jula,

Unfortunately that widget has been broken for years. Especially if you recently changed subscriptions, the amount shown is incorrect.

The invoices should be correct though.

I find what's happening. Facture is for next month, so it is cost for 2 month) But then, why I didn't know before about it? Is it always for Christmas?

Don't worry. The screenshot you posted is not the actual invoice (factuur), it's just meant to be helpful but as mentioned earlier it's not reliable.

You can download the actual invoices in My NS on the website, not the app. These will show the correct amount and that's what will be deducted from your bank account.
