Hello. I was on the telephone with an agent trying to cancel duplicated subscription after my OV chipkaart was lost and subsequently blocked. But she forgot she put me on hold apparently. Unfortunately, after half an hour of falling asleep to the ambient music of NS- hold and waiting for the lady to remember about me, I had to close.
