Broken subscription

Hello,

I created a card, I wanted a subscription, I can't because of error E102 (date of birth mismatch with OV but everything is correct. I ordered a new card (I need two) and the same problem. I haven't been able to have a subscription for several days because of this problem, and I'm traveling for more expensive money.

Can you help me please?

How unfortunate that you are not able to order a subscription, however with this error, there is an easy fix. I would advice you to contact our customer service. They can change your date of birth in the system and solve the issue with MijnNS. Afterwards, you should be able to order a subscription. Is that all clear to you?
