Hi,

I’m trying to buy a subscription to my OV card however I can’t pay because I don’t have an dutch bank account. Is it possible to buy the subscription without an dutch bank account?

As long as you have an IBAN from one of the SEPA countries, it will work (it's a legal obligation). But you need to contact customer service because NS don't want to implement it on their website.
