Can't change contract online

I want to change from "NS Flex Altijd Voordeel" to "NS Flex Dal Voordeel" but in the website the "BEVESTIGEN" button is not working so I can't do this myself. please help me

De zoveelste melding vandaag dat flex niet gewijzigd kan worden. Is het zo moeilijk om toe te geven dat er weer een storing is?

It seems I missed an e-mail from earlier today that there is indeed a disruption in the ability to adjust NS Flex via Mijn NS. My apologies. However, my answer is still valid, as my colleagues are still able to adjust subscription via our internal systems.
