Hello, I just cancelled my Flex subscription cause I though that, since I already paid for the month, I would have it and can use it for the rest of the time left, but it is no longer appearing in my NS account and don't know if it's indeed active or not (I don't want to pay more for 2 weeks that I already paid).

 

Does anyone know about this?

Subscriptions and cancellations within NS Flex are always effective immediately.

In your case it means that your subscription is no longer active and you have to pay otherwise from now onwards. The money you paid in advance via your subscription for the remainder of the month will be reimbursed, so you don't pay twice.
