Hi dear people, i have question cornering change of subs from Altijd Voordeel to Dal Voordeel, I changed my subscription  last month but still payment shows 23 each month, but it should be 5 euros?  so is it gonna updates or I should contact NS about it?  thanks for your help

If you still pay € 23.- a month, something went wrong with the change to NS Flex Dal Voordeel. My advice is to contact our costumer service so they can check this for you.

The cost counter in Mijn NS is often incorrect after a change in subscription.

The subscription that is shown on your Mijn NS Home page (or on the Products page) is what you have.

For this, you need to go to the Mijn NS website (not the app).
