We can't adjust your product for you here. There are two ways to do this. You can contact our Customer Service to talk to someone who can adjust it for you or you can adjust it yourself in your Mijn NS account.


Option 2 is by far the quickest and easier solution-which should be obvious. Activate your mijnNS account first-it can be set to /en/ too.
