morning. I have 'flex vrij dal' 2nd class and I would like to change it to 1st class. Is it possible to do it during the month instead of waiting for the end of month?

A subscription has a minimum duration of one month, if I recall correctly. You can try changing it and the site should tell you when it’s open for change.
Or do you want to travel 1st class for just one trip or day? Then you can enable first class travel on your account https://www.ns.nl/en/mijnns#/dashboard (note that you will be charged extra)
