Hi, I have the NS Flex Altijd Vrij subscription. On 9th of october i paid the invoices (paid in advance until 8-11 the subscription). Now i want to cancel my subscription, in other words i want the last invoices paid on october to be the last with the NS Flex Altijd Vrij subscription. How can i do that? If icanceld it today i can use it until 8-11?

The subscription ends at the moment you cancel it. You will be reimbursed for any subscription costs that you have paid in advance for the period that you can no longer use the subscription.
This means that if you wish to use the subscription until 8 November, then you need to end it after your last journey on 8 November.
