I had purchased the NS weekendvrij travel product and had gone to a point to load it yet it wasn't showing up on the machine. After having called the customer service aswell as going to an information desk they said that it was on the system and I should be able to travel normally. Now I have been charged the €90 that shouldn't have been charged and I want to know how I can get a refund from this?

Did you load your NS Flex subscription onto your card at a vending machine? Are you sure you haven't used your card for anything else than train travel during weekends? Are you able to have a look at your invoice in MijnNS to see what you are charged for?


You have to call the customerservice. You can also reach them by X, Facebook or chat.


What is the starting date of the subscription? If you try to load it on your card before the starting date it is not yet showing on the machine.
