Charged after cancellation

Hello, I cancelled my subscription but in my invoice for last  month I still had the renewal fee. I would like it to be removed from the invoice.

That is quite strange. Did you pick up the cancellation at the ticket machine? Because otherwise the cancellation will not be finalized. I would advice you to contact our customer service about this. You can call them on 0307515155, Chat with them or contact us via Facebook and Twitter.
