Hello,

I am abroad right now and have received emails from you and wanted to answer to those but I cannot find an email to answer to you. I need to discuss details with you and I cannot call right now and your chat function does not work at all! Please give me an email address I can contact you through. You can’t just sent me an email saying you will cancel my subscription but I have no way of talking to you!

There is no email address. Customer Service is the only way, you do need some patience, as they have to answer a lot of questions and there is a lack of employees. With social media it is free, also the waiting.

 Your subscription will only be canceled when your payment is a month overdue, not after the first email. The best way to act is to pay in time, after a month there is no mercy anymore and there will be extra costs as well.
