Hello .

On September 5 and 13, I bought two tickets with a 40% discount at the prices of 5/16 and 13.16 euros.  But the tickets sent to me by email could not be opened and I could not use them.  Also, on September 13 nd at 9:01 am, I checked in from Amsterdam to Maastricht, and despite the fact that I should have been charged free of charge due to having a €107 card, but the amount of €17 was charged. Please respond to my requests.  Take care of it .  And the mentioned amounts should be returned to me.
