Current subscription is my previous one and not the one I changed for last month

I switched subscriptions in January and now I see on my journey information in the app that I don't have the one I changed for in there (Dal Voordeel) but the one I had before I changed it (Dal Voordeel). How can I have this corrected in the NS app?

Do you mean the prices shown don’t reflect the change in subscription? The prices shown aren't automatically linked to your subscription. You can set for which subscription the prices should be shown yourself by going to More > Settings.
