I am currently travelling with Dal vrij in 2. Class. When I want to change the packet to 1. Class there must be normally 28 euro difference added to the 108 euro. But the system bills me for each checkin separately. How can be the problem solved?

If you use the option in Mijn NS or the app to switch to first class, you are indeed being charged the difference between the second class fare and the first class fare for every journey. You need to change your subscription if you want to travel first class during off-peak hours for a fixed amount. Switch to Dal Vrij (which you already have), but then also select the Standard First Class travel supplement:
