Hello! I had a subscription on my ov-chipcard and I should pay it monthly. But I was unable to pay my invoice due to insufficient balance. If it’s possible to pay for it next month? Can I travel with subscription as usual this month?

You can contact our customer service to check this. It is also possible to to request a postponement.

If the automatic deduction fails, you'll receive an e-mail with manual payment instructions. If you don't pay in time, you'll also receive a letter and another e-mail. This wil give you a few extra weeks, but not a whole month.
After you receive the first reminder, you can contact Customer Service to ask for a payment plan.
