Hello, I paid the discount of off peak hours 40% but every time a travel it charges me the same quantity without discount. It is deducting my money from the money of my OV instead of receiving an invoice at the end of the month.

    Hello, I paid the discount of off peak hours 40% but every time a travel it charges me the same quantity without discount. It is deducting my money from the money of my OV instead of receiving an invoice at the end of the month. 

    Probably you didn't go to the ticket machine to put the subscription onto your card as instructed in the mail you received.
