Hi, 

I canceled my NS subscription in October as I no longer reside in the Netherlands. Today, I received an email from NS regarding the October charges, stating that 73 euros will be deducted from my bank account. However, when I check my account page, it shows that my October expenses should be around 21 euros. Is there an error in the email notification?

No, there's an error in your travel history that doesn’t show all travels made, and as such not all costs incurred. Unfortunately, there's also an error in producing the invoice containing the specification of the amount due. I'm afraid there's nothing you can do except wait until NS has solved these problems.
