Hi. I cancelled my NS Flex subscription via customer service. Now, I have NS Flex Basis on OV chip card. Is there anything I have to do get my refund. And when will I get my money back? Thanks for your answers. 

Since you still have NS Flex, you don’t need to confirm this at a ticket machine. Only if you want to travel on credit again and completely end NS Flex, this needs to be confirmed.

You will receive an invoice in the next few days for the season ticket costs that will be reimbursed. A few days after that, the money will be in your bank account.
